Registration numbers for the meeting to date have been fantastic and have exceeded expectations. Thanks to all who have signed up. We have had several requests to extend the registration deadline until Aug. 1 to accommodate vacation and travel schedules. So we are leaving the registration site open until August 1st. Don't be left out - Sign up now!

Important Registration Information
Those who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the conference and pay the full registration fee. Registration fee must be received in full and confirmed before you are be able to submit an abstract.
You cannot submit an abstract if registration and fees are not received by July 15th, 2010.

*A Double room is to be shared with another attendee also registered at the conference. You will have the option of specifying with whom you would like to share your room when registering.
If you register for the conference with accommodations, then your room is included in the registration fee for 4 nights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night). However, please note that this does not include your room incidentals. You will be required to provide the hotel with a credit card upon check-in.

If you register for the conference with NO accommodations, but would like to book a room for only one or two nights, then please contact Nancy Dufour Zitzmann at Tandler@bellnet.ca for more information on the conference room rate and availability.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration in one of the following ways. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Register online and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). You will receive immediate confirmation of your successful registration for the conference, plus notification of your successful credit card transaction.
Please note: "McGill RNA Turnover 2010" will appear on your credit card statement
With this online system, you may also opt to register online with cheque payment selected. Checks must be received within 15 days of registration date and before July 15th, 2010. Both Canadian and American funds are accepted. Please make checks payable to "McGill University" and mail to:

Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
Cancellations
Refunds (less a $100 administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received in writing by email at Tandler@bellnet.ca or by fax at 514-398-7384, to the attention of Nancy Dufour Zitzmann – Event Coordinator Fourth RNA Stability Meeting 2010 , before July 15th, 2010.
Any cancellation received after July 15th, 2010 will be non-refundable but transferable.
Refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
