Abstract Submission

  •  Registration deadline is July 15th 2010
  •  The deadline for abstract submission is August 15, 2010
  •  Abstracts selected for Oral Presentations will be notified Monday September 6the, 2010 of the time and date for the presentation.

Please note: Due to some last minute tweaking of our schedule, there is a notification delay. Our new target is to let you know the status of your presentation on September 13th.

Take Note and Plan ahead!

Registration must be received and confirmed before you will be able to submit an abstract.

You cannot submit an abstract if registration and fees are not received by July 15th, 2010.

When you register, you will be asked if you wish to submit an abstract to be selected for:

  • poster presentations only
  • Both oral and poster presentation
  • None

There will be at least 13 abstracts that will be selected from attendees who wish to have their abstract considered for an Oral Presentation.

By selecting Oral Presentation, if you are not chosen to give an oral presentation, you will automatically considered for the poster session.

Abstracts to be selected for an oral presentation must be sent in WORD document to Jeffrey.Wilusz@Colostate.Edu
