Poster Information

Please note: You cannot submit an abstract to be presented during the poster sessions if registration and fees are not received by July 15th, 2010.

The deadline for abstract submission is August 15, 2010

All posters will remain mounted for 2 full days. Poster Presentations will take place with alternating even and odd numbers:

Monday October 18thPoster Presentation I17h00-18h00 Odd
Tuesday October 19thPoster Presentation II15h40-16h40 Even

The posters can be mounted:

Sunday October 17thbetween 10h00 and 12h00(noon)
Monday October 18thbefore 8h30 the start of the morning session
Monday October 18thduring the lunch break 12h30 to 13h30
Tuesday October 19thbefore the 8h30 the start of the morning session
Tuesday October 19thduring the lunch break 12h30 to 13h30

Poster must be taken down:

Immediately following Poster Session II, thus; at the close of the poster session on Tuesday October 19th.

Any posters left behind are at risk of being destroyed.

Poster dimensions:

Poster Dimensions must not exceed 4 feet (1.2 meters) high by 4 feet (1.2 meters) wide. Two posters will share each side of an 8 foot x 4 foot board.

Odd numbered posters will be presented
