Information about using your eID at the

College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences

Welcome to the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.  CVMBS maintains its own network file and web servers for the use of College faculty, staff, graduate and professional students, and departments.  Undergraduates may have access only if they are employed in the College.

The eID you just created can be used to access these College resources, but first we must know you would like those resources made available to you.  The resources are:
 

            S         public drive usable only by CVMBS users

            T         group private drive usable by specific CVMBS groups and departments

            U         personal, private drive

            W        webservers for those authorized to create/maintain CVMBS websites

            X         read-only drive usable only by CVMBS users

If you are a College faculty, staff, graduate student, or College-employed undergraduate AND know to what you want access of the resources listed above, please fill-in the Resource Request form.  For advice, please consult with the CVMBS Computing Resources Group, 491-0694 (Main Campus) or 297-4551 (VTH), or with your CVMBS department.

Professional Veterinary Medicine students should NOT use the form as your access will be created in a separate process and explained during PVM Orientation.
