Foal Formulary and Field Protocol Guide (3rd Edition - 2024)

The goal of the third edition  of the Foal Formulary and Field Protocol Guide is to provide veterinarians and veterinary students with medication dosages and therapeutic protocols used in the medical management of young foals. The guide is organized into a formulary section and a clinical protocols section. The formulary contains up-to-date dosages and clinical indications for a wide variety of medications. The clinical protocols section contains descriptions of common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in neonatal foal medicine designed for veterinarians in equine ambulatory practice.
