30th Annual Conference for Technicians – March 28-29, 2020; Registration opens Nov. 2019
Registration will open Nov. 2019 with on-site registration available for $110. This year's conference includes many of our talented technicians and faculty members presenting the latest information.
The 30th Annual Conference for Veterinary Technicians takes place March 28-29, 2020 at the newly-opened C. Wayne McIlwraith Translational Medicine Institute (TMI).

- Saturday, March 28, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. – all-day lectures.
- Sunday, March 29, 8-11 a.m. – 4 lectures (2 interactive lectures).
- Sponsor exhibits are included with registration.
- Veterinary technicians may attend veterinarian -specific program lectures this year.

Advanced registration closes March 22, 2020. You may still register on-site the morning of the event during breakfast from 7-8 a.m.
$110.00 ($96 for Saturday only and $30 for Sunday only).

Registration and Cancellation Information
Pre-registration is required for all veterinary continuing education conferences. Courses are subject to cancellation when registration is inadequate to cover costs of the program. Registration at least six weeks before the course will help prevent cancellation.Course fee is payable to Colorado State University. Fee includes proceedings, materials, supplies, refreshments and in some cases, lunch. Please see course schedules for more information.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees are fully refundable until 60 days prior to the course, 50% refundable between 60 and 30 days prior to the course and non-refundable after 30 days prior to the course. Fees will be refunded 100% at any date if vacated spot can be filled.
