Path of Honor

Honor Your Animal at the Path of Honor

The Path of Honor is a peaceful walkway of reflection surrounded by flower gardens, grassy areas, and quiet alcoves. The engraved bricks are part of the healing atmosphere at the Colorado State University Teaching Hospital and recognize the human-animal bond.

Personal words of tribute create a permanent legacy that honors the special relationship people share with their animals. Any and all species may be recognized on the Path of Honor. While some inscribe their bricks as memorials to their beloved pets, many also make dedications to family members, friends who deeply love animals, or veterinarians who share a special bond with their pet.
