Fish Procedures

Dr. Tovar will lead students in performing various antemortem fish procedures, including anesthesia, skin scrapes, and fin clips. Fish will then be humanely euthanized, and students will perform post-mortem necropsies. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to perform histopathological examinations of sashimi samples during this laboratory. Please note: this is a terminal wet laboratory.
