Ms. Pridgen called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

Old Business

Bobby Certification

The Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology, Cancer Cure, Clinical Sciences, Diagnostic Laboratory, Network Services, Pathology, and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital webpages have not been Bobby Certified as of April 5, 2001.

New Business

Photographs for the Main Page

New photographs for the Main College page will be taken from a group of Open House images.

Presentation

Ms. Gentile made a presentation on JavaScript for committee members. She demonstrated a number of codes and the results for rollover graphics, rotation of images, alert box, and pop-up window. These programs are on the S-drive if members are interested in copying the code. In addition she provided paper copies of the codes.

Ms. Lenz demonstrated one of the same pages by using ImageReady. The committee could see that JavaScript was a more economical code.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. in the Adams Room, Physiology Building.
