Ms. Lenz called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Members Present: M. Hendricks, B. Jones, J. Lenz, C. Moth, M. Pridgen, P. Sollars, L. Tarnoff, and S. Varner

Old Business

Compliance Checklist

There are two more websites to go to reach total compliance with the new format--Network Services and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Budgets and Finance have finished their website and Ms. Lenz has offered her assistance to the other two in finishing the task.

Photograph Progress Report

Two more photographs of activities in the Department of Physiology have been taken. Ms. Lenz showed a sheet of printed photographs from the College collection. This format may make it easier to browse through the photographs and to know what we have so far.

Vet Med Center Link

The vote on linking to this website has been postponed since the site was not active as of 6/12/00.

New Business

Welcome

Sallie Hilligoss and Mike Maxwell were welcomed as replacements for Lisa McCann and Kathy DuQuoin, respectively. Neither was present at this meeting.

Demonstration

Mr. Hendricks and Ms. Lenz demonstrated the results of their submitting the College website to multiple search engines with SubmitIt.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 11^th at 9:00 a.m. in Room 305 of the Occupational Therapy Building where Ms. Marla Roll will give a critique of our College home page from the perspective of creating accessible web pages for persons with disabilities.
