We are now taking orders for the 2010 Behavior Club calendar, which showcases the 12 winning photos from our Hamsters to Horses Photo Contest. Each month also contains an animal behavior tip (remember who you're ordering from, after all!).

The cost of each calendar is $12.00, and they must be paid for in advance by Monday, November 30. (Note: a previous announcement said November 20 but November 30 is the correct deadline.) Calendars will be delivered early the week of December 7 (more likely by Friday, December 4), in time to make great holiday gifts! A sample copy is available at the Argus Institue office in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (from the small animal reception area, take the southernmost hallway to the west) as well as during set sale dates for each vet student class (during which we'll also be selling other Behavior Club merchandise). The dates and locations of these sales are:

If you are interested in purchasing a calendar (or two or three...), please attend one of the above sales or email cvmbspetphoto@gmail.com with the word CALENDAR in the subject line. Emailing us does not obligate you to purchase anything, but please indicate how many calendars you'd like and where on campus or at the VTH you are located. A calendar will not be ordered for you unless we have received your payment by November 30.

Payment Drop-off Options

You may drop off payment as follows, but please be sure to include your full name and email address either on your check or on a piece of paper attached to your payment. Checks should be made payable to the Behavior Club.

  1. Give payment to any Behavior Club officer (all vet students): Wendy Davis, freshman (Anatomy Building, main campus); Cheryl Kolus, Amanda Wilson or Marci Hart, sophomores (Pathology Building, main campus); Meredith von Roedern or Tomoko Kiyonaga, juniors (Veterinary Teaching Hospital)
  2. Drop it off in the drop-off box in the Community Practice Room (Room B119) at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
  3. Mail it to: CSU Behavior Club, c/o Cheryl Kolus, 1919 Creekwood Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.

Where Does the Money Go?

Money raised from the contest and the sale of calendars will be used to help the Behavior Club host an animal behavior seminar for the community in spring 2010. We thank you for your support!
