Undergraduate Students Doing Lab Work

Microbiology examines human and animal disease and health on a cellular level; Biomedical Sciences focuses on whole organ systems and organisms; and Environmental Health deals with populations and their interaction with natural and built environments. Together, these majors integrate and complement one another to examine all aspects of animal and human disease and wellness. The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences offers undergraduate programs in all three.
