A note on privacy and security:
The College and the University reserve right of access to ANY material used, stored or processed on the network. Such extraordinary access is always
available to network administrators and they may be required by appropriate
College or University authorities to access your material without your
knowledge. Network administrators may not read or make available the contents
of your material without such authorization and then only to appropriate
authorities.
Access to your e-mailbox, by other than network administrators, is
automatically restricted to the fullest extent the network operating system
provides. Access to your files, by other than network administrators, is
variable, depending on where you put those files and arrangements made with the
network administrator. Note that privacy and security from access to your
materials cannot be guaranteed; operating
systems have bugs.
