Research Interests
Diagnostic Microbiology
The Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory is a full-service laboratory with clients from all over the United States. Besides the use of current techniques, constant development of new and better procedures is being done, with an emphasis on rapid turn-around time and accurate results.
Independent research focuses on the development and implementation of diagnostic tests for infectious organisms. Additionally, the laboratory participates in evaluations of current diagnostic tests and provides expert advice and help in research that is currently underway in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
