Several publications have resulted from these efforts. Marcia is a new PhD student at CSU interested in Immunology. She is currently on rotation in Dr. Alan Schenkel's lab working on a research project focused on the role of neutrophils in bacterial induced pneumonia. Marcia also has a degree in Music Education with an emphasis in voice, flute, and piano instruction. Her favorite hobbies are horseback riding, music, spending time with friends, and of course shopping.
