Requirements for Submitting Your 2008 CRWAD Abstract

To submit your abstract for the 2008 CRWAD Meeting you must complete two requirements. Please follow these directions.

1)Submit the following form:
Complete the following on-line form. This form includes the complete Abstract Title, a short Abstract Title (100 or less characters including spaces), Abstract Contact information and the Abstract Authors. The on-line form must be submitted in order to have your abstract title included in the program and your author information included in the index of the Proceedings .

2) E-mail your abstract as an attachment and also include your Section Preferences:
a) E-mail your abstract (abstract, title, authors) as an attachment to robert.ellis@colostate.edu. Please follow the "Check List Requirements" for the correct abstract format. Your abstract will not be accepted until it meets all of the "Check List Requirements".

b) Include in the e-mail, your first and second Section Preference choices, and indicate whether your section preference choices are an oral or poster presentation. Also include in the email your Graduate Student Competition entry (if applicable) in the body of your e-mail. The Section Preference choices for your abstract and the Graduate Student Competition Entry category choices will appear on the next web page once you submit the below form.

If you need to add more author names please add the additional names to the body of your e-mail.
