Regional Biocontainment Laboratory
The RBL is one of the most technically advanced laboratories of its kind. In 2008 it formally received "Select Agent" research approval from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, making it the first lab of its kind in the country to begin studying these highly regulated bioterrorism agents.
The RBL is located at Foothills Campus on Rampart Road.
