employees, students, invited guests, cooperating organizations,
or for a project directly related to the mission of the College. Equipment

please contact Jill Lenz at 491-6585 or jill.lenz@colostate.edu.
When checking out the InTech lab equipment, the equipment is your responsibility
until checked in by InTech staff. Do not leave equipment
unattended.
It is also your responsibility to set-up and break-down the
equipment so it is advised that you schedule this into your check-out
time. Please schedule a brief 5-10 minute review if you don't know
how to use this equipment. For more details, please see the checkout agreement
form.

Portable Screen

The 50" x 50" portable screen by Da-Lite has a keystone eliminator that
tilts the screen forward to compensate for distorted images. It rolls into self-contained heavy-duty carry case. Handle protrudes for easy carrying. For more information on screens, visit the Da-Lite website http://www.dalite.com/products/catalog.php.
Laptops
All Dell laptops have carrying cases, wireless capability,
MS Office, CD/DVD drive and USB ports for memory sticks.
Memory Stick issues? If you can't read your memory stick
on the loaner laptops, in most cases this is because the user used
proprietary software (included with their memory stick) to protect (encrypt
or read-protect) the data. They will need to undo this protection - CRG
is unable to accommodate all the varieties of software and permissions/privileges
required to unlock memory sticks that have been protected in this way.
Security
Cables for Laptops and Projectors
Kensington security cables are issued with all laptops and projectors
checked out from the InTech Lab. The cables work with the Kensington security
slot found on our laptops and projectors. Strong, 6 foot steel cable loops
around immovable object. Insert key, twist, and it's locked! For more
information, visit the Kensington website at http://www.kensington.com/html/1098.html.
