Ovarian cancer is the focus of this year’s Rocky Mountain Reproductive Sciences Symposium set for April 17 at the Hilton Hotel in Fort Collins. The symposium includes oral platform and poster presentations, as well as two keynote lectures.
The intent of the annual symposium is to provide a forum for interaction and exchange of ideas in the reproductive sciences, particularly among basic scientists, physician-scientists, and clinicians. This year’s symposium begins at 9:45 a.m. with opening remarks, followed by oral platform presentations and lunch.
Dr. Robert F. Ozols, Fox Chase Cancer Center, will speak at 1 p.m. on “Ovarian Cancer: Time for a New Paradigm,” followed by Dr. William J. Murdoch, University of Wyoming, who will speak on “Mechanisms of Pathobiology and Ovulation.”
Poster presentations are from 3-6 p.m., with a reception beginning at 4 p.m. Abstract submission deadline for posters and oral platforms is March 22. Registration deadline for the symposium is April 2 and is limited to the first 125 registrants.
