Merck Poster Session Set for August 3The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences will host the Merck Poster Session on Monday, Aug. 3, 2009, from 3-5 p.m., in the Pathology Building foyer.
Veterinary students who are part of the Merck-Merial Summer Research Program in the College will present posters on their research in one of five major areas: neuroscience, orthopedics, reproduction, infectious diseases, and oncology.
The poster display will serve as a practice session for presentations that some of the students will make during the national meeting of the Merck-Merial Scholars at North Carolina State University in early August. All are welcome to attend the poster session and refreshments will be available.
