Faculty, staff, graduate students and associates are invited to celebrate the career of Dr. Gordon Niswender, University Distinguished Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences, and former Director of the Animal Reproduction and Biotechnology Laboratory.
Six of Dr. Niswender’s former students will speak at a symposium on Friday, Nov. 7, from 1-5 p.m., in Room 103 of the Pathology Building. The speakers will give 30-minute talks on the research they conducted while training with Dr. Niswender. They also will provide an update on their academic, industry and clinical activities.
A reception in the Glover Gallery, also in the Pathology Building, will follow the symposium from 5-6 p.m. The symposium and reception are being sponsored by the Department of Biomedical Sciences. RSVPs are requested for the event. Please contact Melissa Hein at email@example.com or call (970) 491-6098.
