The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences’ first winter Career Fair is set for Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, at the Fort Collins Hilton Hotel. Professional Veterinary Medical students, CSU residents and interns, and CVMBS alumni are encouraged to attend to learn about the great opportunities being offered in the private and public veterinary sectors.
The Career Fair, which features individual booths for each exhibitor, will run from 4-7 p.m. A reception for CVMA mentors and their student mentees will follow the Career Fair. Ruth White, Veterinary Career Coordinator for the College, will assist with coordinating private interviews between employers and fair goers, to be scheduled between 8 a.m.-8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
