Construction UpdateWork is nearing completion on the renovation and expansion of the Office of the Dean in the Anatomy/Zoology Building. Faculty and staff will be moving into their new offices in mid-February, with hopes that the current cold and snowy weather will break and offer sunny skies and warmer temperatures for moving day.
Groundwork continues at the Diagnostic Medicine Center and the College is looking forward to the time when construction can begin on the building’s foundation. Other upcoming work at the South Campus includes the planned remodeling of one of the surgery rooms in the James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital, as well as work on the hospital’s entryway to include new fencing and signage, and new road alignment to allow better access to the recently completed parking lots on the hospital’s west side.
Thanks to the generous support of Facilities Management at Colorado State University, the College now has a beautiful full-color brochure that details its building plans for the Main Campus, South Campus and Foothills Research Campus. The brochure maps construction activities at each of the College’s locations, and provides architectural drawings of planned buildings as well as photos of recently completed structures. To request copies of the brochure, contact JoEllen Linderer in the College’s Office of Development at joellen.linderer@colostate.edu, or call 491-0663.
