Reminder: CVMBS 2006 Research Symposium Coming Feb. 4
The CVMBS 2006 Research Symposium showcasing excellence in student research, will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Hilton Hotel in Fort Collins. The Hilton is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Centre Drive and Prospect Road.
The symposium will begin at 1 p.m., with poster and oral presentations in basic and clinical sciences by graduate students, veterinary students, veterinary residents and interns. A keynote speaker will be featured at 5 p.m., followed by a reception and awards ceremony. In addition to highlighting cutting edge research and innovative research approaches, the symposium provides a forum for local researchers and scientists to meet, helping to enhance collaboration and communication between basic and clinical researchers.
Students and faculty from all departments are encouraged to participate in and attend this event to hear about the exciting research taking place at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
