Biomedical Sciences Sponsors Graduate Research Retreat

The Department of Biomedical Sciences will sponsor a Graduate Research Retreat at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Thursday and Friday, Nov. 4 and 5. Activities will include research presentations by Biomedical Sciences graduate students and post doctorates on the following:

Endocrinology: The CNS and Beyond
In the Beginning…Development
The Wondrous Plasma Membrane

Dr. Richard Bowen will be the keynote speaker and will discuss the West Nile virus. Poster sessions/competitions, an award ceremony, and a viewing of “The Shining” will round out the schedule of events.
