The results of the Quality of Worklife Survey have been posted on
the Classified Personnel Council (CPC) website. More than 400 state
classified employees participated in the survey this spring answering
questions about the state personnel system, their work unit, the University,
and the Classified Personnel Council. Many employees responded to
the survey with specific concerns regarding the high cost of health
care premiums and deductibles, the Pay for Performance program, and
overall salary compensations levels. The survey, conducted biennially,
is used by the CPC to set goals and determine action items. The survey
also is distributed to CSU administrators so that decision-makers
can better discern the concerns of classified personnel. You can access
a copy of the survey and results posted at www.colostate.edu/Orgs/CPC.
