
Environmental Health is the study of how people interact with their environment
- the air, water, soil, plants, and animals, workplaces and homes - in
order to identify and possibly mitigate potential impacts on human health.
Environmental Health is for those wanting the challenge of a scientific
program and the opportunity to work with people, their health, and the
environment. Small class sizes, averaging 25-30 students, promote interactive student-faculty
relationships.
As part of this program, students receive personalized academic advising
and career exploration assistance.

• One of only two in the Rocky Mountain Region, that is fully
accredited by the standards of the National Environmental Health Science
and Protection Accreditation Council.
The Office of Admissions can provide you with specific
information relative to entrance requirements and the application process. Daily orientation tours of
the campus and other activities are available to allow you to get to know Colorado State
before you decide to join up.
