Students who have not begun the veterinary school application process use Pre-Veterinary Adviser, Ann Bowen as the primary information resource. These students are considered prevet students.
The veterinary application is filed one year or more in advance of starting the professional veterinary program. Once a student has begun this application process, then DVMAdmissions@colostate.edu becomes the primary information source. These students are considered veterinary applicants.
Students in either category (prevet or veterinary applicant) are encouraged to begin with our web site to answer questions (www.cvmbs.colostate.edu/cvmbs/ProspectivePrevet.htm).
