The Small Animal Clinic cares for more than 19,000 animals each year including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets, and reptiles. Service units include Small Animal Medicine; Small Animal Surgery; Oncology; Emergency Medicine/Critical Care; Exotics, Wildlife and Zoological Medicine; Dentistry; and the Argus Institute for Families and Veterinary Medicine.

The Large Animal Clinic sees more than 4,000 patients in-house every year and is divided into two sections-The Equine Hospital and Integrated Livestock Management. The Integrated Livestock Management section provides medical and surgical treatment for cattle, llamas, sheep, goats, and pigs, both on an individual animal basis and through herd health management consultations. Animals can be treated at the Hospital or on their ranch or farm. The Equine Hospital provides a full range of medical and surgical treatment options and diagnostic services in addition to routine physical examinations and laboratory tests. The Equine Field Service also provides on-site medical services for our equine patients.

Specialty services provided to both the small and large animal clinics include anesthesiology, cardiology, dermatology, neurology and neurosurgery, oncology, and ophthalmology.
