The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) and the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center Department of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics (UCDHSC) have created a combined 5-year program of study that can result in earning both the Masters of Science in Public Health (MPH) degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degrees.
After successfully completing the first year of the MPH Program, students will be granted admission to the first year of the DVM Program and will be expected to complete the remaining thesis or publishable paper requirements of the MPH Program concurrently with the first year of the DVM Program.
To pursue admission to this program, you must apply to the DVM Program and complete the MPH/DVM section of the Colorado Supplemental Application.
