Application to the Professional Veterinary Medical Program

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) at Colorado State University requires electronic submission of both the VMCAS (Veterinary Medical College Application Service) and Colorado Supplemental Applications (both are due October 1).

Attention 2011 Applicants

If you would like to view a copy of a sample application, we have posted a copy of last year's 2010 application. This may help as a reference to the 2011 application and may also help for the purposes of reading, planning, and printing. Please know some of the fields will change and new fields may be added to the 2011 application. You can not fill out this version, nor can you submit this version. 2010 Colorado Supplemental Application/DVM Admissions Portal

If you "submitted" a 2010 application, for fall 2010 matriculation, please use this link to enter the DVM Admissions Portal. In the portal you can view your current information regarding the status of your application.

All updates, confirmation, and notifications will occur via the DVM Admissions Portal. The DVM Admissions Portal will open October 7, 2009. After October 7, 2009 you may enter the portal by clicking on the 2010 Colorado Supplemental Application link above. You may use the portal to:

• check for announcements
• check your admissions status
• check your tuition classification - sponsored/nonsponsored (opens Oct. 26)
• check receipt of materials (opens Oct. 26)
• view your application
