Meeting Minutes for 25 October 2005
Senate (Reporting were Robert Sons, Katrina Aspnes, and Megan Royer)
-Major discussion was about the new addition that will be built on to the Microbiology building. The NW corner of the building will be expanded to include a study area. It will include computer kiosks, and hopefully either laptops for checkout, or some CPU stations.
UTFAB (Reporting was Tiffany Weiss)
-The General Classroom Assignment Director has in progress the following improvements to our Microbiology building:
1) A101 will be getting the 2 corner screens instead of the one in the middle it has now, so that they can be seen from all seats in the room. Cost: $12,146 Timeline: to be completed over Christmas break.
2) A113 will be getting a smart classroom upgrade. Cost: $9,994
-The Facility Fee Advisory Board is looking for new members. The would like a representative from each CC. Their next meeting will be at 3:30pm, Thursday November 3rd. For more information please contact Tiffany Weiss.
-Discussions included:
-S. Campus Study Area (see addition to Micro under Senate).
-CSU Honor Code Meeting, run by Missy Leonard, Academics Director is scheduled for December 13th at 3:00pm. For more information please contact Missy Leonard.
-NOTE: For your information, all teacher evaluations that you do are put online, however, the comments section only gets on if you sign the evaluation.
