If you would like to present at the meeting please contact Sarah Boston (sboston@uoguelph.ca) or Stewart Ryan (stewart.ryan@colostate.edu).

Dr. Stephen Withrow, a CSU Distinguished Professor, is retiring after 34 years of service at Colorado State University. Steve has been a mentor and friend to many of us in the veterinary oncology field. His contributions to our understanding of cancer in humans and pets, promotion of the spontaneous cancer translational animal model, his understanding and embracing of the multidisciplinary approach to cancer management, focus of basic and clinical research and compassion and care for patients made him a pioneer in the field.

A special social event will be held on Saturday May 26, 2012 to honor Dr. Stephen Withrow’s remarkable career and contributions to veterinary (and human) oncology. Please plan on attending this function in addition to the scientific meeting.
