Equine Sciences Youth Summer Camp at Colorado State University

An instructor gathers campers in a circle during a riding session at summer camp

Offered annually, the Youth Summer Horsemanship Camps are geared towards equine enthusiasts who are 10-15 years of age. Campers stay in the dorms on main campus, eat in the dining halls and receive classroom/riding instruction from both equine faculty and current students.

Campers have the option to bring their own horse or lease a school horse, ride english, western, or both and spend the duration of camp as an overnight camper or a day camper. When you register your child, please be sure to register as a day camper or overnight camper and add a lease horse if needed. Lease horses are limited and are first come, first served.

If you are registering multiple children, you will have to go through the registration process for each child, one at a time. Read full registration information.

*PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE OUT OF THE FOLLOWING LEASE HORSES:

- ALL LEASE HORSES FOR SESSION #1

- JUMPING and WESTERN HORSES FOR SESSION #2

REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2017
