This web publication provides online access to a Risk Management Tool that allows farmers to assess their risk based on geographic, demographic, and management information.

| Risk Tool | The Risk Tool is a compressed, executable file (.exe). A separate window will open and you will be prompted to run or save this file on your computer. After saving, select the icon to expand and open the file. |
| Manual | The Risk Tool Manual (PDF). You must have the free Adobe Reader to open the file. |
| Online Tutorial | The tutorial is divided into three sections that correspond to content areas addressed by the CWD Risk Tool. |
| Risk Profiler | This tutorial guides you through the first section of the CWD Risk Tool that assesses your risk based on your farm profile. Length: 8 minutes. |
| Risk of Introduction | This tutorial estimates how risk changes based on the number of animals introduced, the type of testing used, and the proportion of infected animals from the place of origin. Length: 3 minutes. |
| Detection | This tutorial makes an assessment of how likely CWD will be detected based on the mortality, birth, and introduction rates of animals on your farm. Length: 2.5 minutes. |
