Thank you to all of you who attended the Cat Care Conference on February 9th, 2008. We had an amazing turnout! We would like to send a special thank you to Heska for sponsering this event and to our wonderful panel of experts for spending their Saturday educating us about our feline friends. A special thanks must also go to everyone who donated to the Fort Collins Cat Rescue, your support is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks to many supporters and great leadership, the AAFP CSU chapter is one of the largest student chapters in the nation. We try to bring quality topics, wet labs, and field trips that will provide accurate information on many feline topics.

We have many exciting ideas for this year’s topics that may include: feline zoonoses, tips on how to handle cats in the clinic, internal medicine cases, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and others.

Our club also has many functions and hands-on wet labs throughout the year and we hope to participate in the following: physical exam wet lab, practical techniques wet lab, our annual Cat Care Conference, neuro exam techniques and even pay a visit to a Cat Breeds Show!

So to all of those interested in feline medicine, please consider being a part of our club. Dues are just $10 for the year and this small fee provides you with access to all planned events, not to mention the outstanding food we always serve at our meetings.
