Spring has finally arrived in Colorado and with it commencement ceremonies at Colorado State University. On Friday and Saturday, May 15 and 16, the eight colleges at the University will celebrate graduation at different venues and different times.
Commencement ceremonies for the 127 students receiving their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree will be Friday, May 15, 8 a.m., at Moby Arena. Dr. Craig Webb, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences, will give the commencement address. The University-wide Graduate School commencement ceremony, for all master’s and PhD students, will be Friday, May 15, 3 p.m., at Moby Arena. The College has 40 students receiving their graduate degrees, 10 are PhDs and 30 are in master’s programs.
Undergraduate students in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences will have their commencement ceremony on Friday, May 15, 7:30 p.m., in the Main Ballroom of the Lory Student Center. This includes 127 students graduating from the College’s three undergraduate programs in environmental health, microbiology, and biomedical sciences. A reception for students, faculty and staff members, family and guests will follow at 9:30 p.m. in the Lory Student Center Food Court.
